Charles H. (Chuck) Grodnik has practiced law since 1970 and presently serves of counsel with the firm of Thorne • Grodnik LLP  which has offices in Elkhart and Mishawaka, Indiana.

He has served as Judge of the Elkhart City Court since 1992 and restricts his practice to mediation and arbitration.  He regularly acts as mediator in cases involving business matters, personal injury, real estate (including condemnation), probate and family matters.   He is a Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rated lawyer and is otherwise active in civic affairs in Elkhart.

The offices in Elkhart have sufficient space for multiple-party mediations.
