Mr. Grodnik's fee is $250 per hour for all time spent on mediations and arbitrations, including but not limited to:  preparation, time in mediation sessions, and travel time (if mediation is off-site). In more complex cases the hourly fee will be that as agreed. The fees will be apportioned  among the parties as they agree, by court order, or other means as may be appropriate.  

Fees are the responsibility of the attorneys, not the client.
