Alternative Dispute Resolution
Charles H. (Chuck) Grodnik has practiced law for forty-two
years and presently serves of counsel with the firm of
THORNE · GRODNIK, LLP, which has offices in Elkhart
and Mishawaka, Indiana.
He has served as the Elkhart City Court Judge since 1992 and
restricts his practice to mediation and arbitration. He regularly
acts as mediator and arbitrator in cases involving business matters,
personal injury, real estate, probate and family matter. He is a "AV"
rated lawyer in Martindale Hubbell, is Vice President of the Elkhart Rotary Club, vice chairman
of Wellfield Botanic Gardens, and otherwise very active in the Elkhart community.
The offices in Elkhart have sufficient space for multiple party mediations.
